Jason Guffey called the meeting to order at 3:04 pm.

3.1 Discuss City Council Resolution Establishing a Tax Increment Financing Advisory
Committee
Director King began her presentation with a brief background on the development and role
of the Tax Increment Financing (TIF) Advisory Committee.
3.2 Discuss Rules of Procedures for the City Council, Boards, Commissions, And
Committees of the City of Belgrade, Montana
The governing document for the TIF Advisory Committee is the “Rules of Procedures for the
City Council, Boards, Commissions, And Committees of the City of Belgrade, Montana”.
3.3 Discuss and Consider Appointment of Committee Vice Chair
Per the City Council Resolution, a Committee Vice Chair shall be appointed, and the Advisory
Committee members shall serve four-year staggered terms.
A two-year term was designated to Lesie Madsen, and a three-year term was designated to
Riley McDonald. The remaining members are serving a four-year term.
