Roberts Fertilizer Manufacturing Plant, which is a 60-acre area outside of Minersville . They are seeking
an Industrial Protection Area for said operation. Mr. Blackner discussed the Industrial Protection Area
application that has been applied for. There have been letters recommending the Industrial Protection
Area from both the Beaver County Ag Protection Advisory Board and Planning & Zoning Committee .
Motion to open public hearing for Industrial Protection Area was declared by Comm. Hollingshead.
Hearing no comment from the public. Public Hearing was closed. Motion to approve the Industrial

The Pledge of Allegiance was led by Landon Blackner , BHS Debate Team
Review and Approve County Bills. Motion to approve County Bills was made by Comm. Pearson (aye) ,
seconded by Comm. Yardley (aye) , and the vote was made unanimous.
Donation Request from BHS Speech & Debate Team. The Beaver High School Debate Team met with the
Commission to discuss a donation for return service, to assist in the opportunity to attend National
Debate Competition. Present were: Skylar Shepard, Landon Blackner, Tristan Jensen, Jackson Marshall,
Evan Faylor and Carter White. Motion to authorize $1 40 /student payable to Phil o T Farnsworth
Academic Society was made by Comm. Yardley (aye), seconded by Comm. Pearson (aye), and the vote
