Mr. Oliver MEETING AGENDA APPROVAL IV. V. Motion to approve was made by Councilman Scallate and seconded by Mr. Sutton. All were in favor, motion carried. MINUTES A. July 6, 2026. Motion to approve was made by Mr. Sutton and seconded by Mr. Hallman. Minutes approved as presented. DISCUSSIONS . Update on Waterfront Park related matters. Eric Claussen, Assistant City Manager, stated submittals for the Waterfront Park were opened up. This will be the team looking at the engineering and grant administration. He provided the names of the four firms who submitted proposals. Gary Green Engineers, Moffatt & Nichol, McSweeney/JMT/Davis & Floyd/FM&E/Montgomery Architecture, and Nandina, Inc. The selection committee is in the process of going through the submittals then will be conducting interviews, of which Mr. Russell, from the Committee, is a part of. They are looking at making recommendations to City Council in early October and providing a report to the Waterfront Advisory Committee as well. Mr. Sutton feels this should come before this board before it goes to Council for cursory review and informational purposes, because …
