The Board of Trustees will participate in a customized Team of 8 training facilitated by Dr. Greg Gibson of MoakCasey in February or March during an evening session. The training will focus on strengthening teambuilding, communication, and leadership continuity, while also addressing Board Operating Procedures. Dr. Gibson will tailor the session to meet Snyder ISD’s specific governance priorities and current needs.
Dr. Gibson serves as Chief Operations Officer for MoakCasey and brings more than 21 years of experience as a superintendent, along with extensive work in strategic planning and continuous improvement. The cost of the training is $2,500 plus travel expenses, with half due at contract execution and the remaining half upon completion of the session.
