La Porte ISD board to adopt 2026-2027 school calendar and call May trustee election
The La Porte Independent School District board will hold its regular January meeting to receive routine reports, approve minutes, and take final action on two substantive items: adopting the 2026–2027 instructional calendar and adopting a resolution calling the May 2, 2026 general trustee election. The board will also hear administrative updates and recognize staff and partners.
