I am recommending that we adopt a rate of $.97 per $100.00 of evaluation. This is a 7 cent decrease from 18-19.
The values for 2020 of $_______ will generate an estimated $_________at a 95% collection rate. Because of the lower tax rate the taxes on the average homestead will decrease by $18.13 compared to 2018 taxes. We will know this when we receive the certified values.
