Thank you. Good afternoon. Jill Morgan, senior planner. I do have a PowerPoint presentation showing them, and I can go through them quickly. I did a small presentation at BZE if you would like. What's -- you're here, I guess. Why not? Let's do it. Okay. You put the effort into it. All right. And I'll do a more abbreviated version for you. So this, I'm bringing forward the 2026 historic preservation grant awards. Just as a reminder, we increased the maximum grant amount from 20 to 30,000. So in -- and then anything above 15,000 requires a dollar- for-dollar match. And then if you use a local contractor, you can get a $1, 000 bonus to go towards your match. We had 28 grant applications this year, and we -- the commission is recommending funding for approximately $378,000. If you recall, two years ago, the city council did approve a million-dollar extra for the grants. So this -- last year, we were able to do a lot of grants. So this is kind of the finishing up of that money. So moving forward, it would just be the normal grants that we usually give out. All right. So the commission ranked them. They ranked them based on scope. They ranked a scale of one to five. They are recommending awarding all that was ranked one and two. And they did give preference to owner-occupied homes. The first one is 11, South Highland. This is in Westside Historic District. It's for front porch repairs, a maximum ground amount of $ 18,978. 67, South Highland, also in the Westside Historic District. …
