My company, Flanagan Foods, is a brief party of the Chef High Ridge RFP process. I've exhausted nearly two and a half years in covering the demise of my proposal. What is not in the Comptroller's Park report is a missing RFP from Morty Foods LLC. Michael J. Morgan Jr. opened at the LLC with New York State on June 24, 2023. Morty shows up on the scorecard from August 4, 2023. Morty appears on a recommendation from Eric's on September 29, 2023. The events that took place throughout the RFP process seemed dubious. In August, the previous concessionaire informed me I was not going to be awarded Chesna Ridge. He stated, "Morty Brothers made an agreement rent to buy his equipment." This raised suspicion and was the motivation between my initial FOIL requests. The result of …
