The Board recognizes the value of public comment on educational and school-related issues and the importance of listening to members of the public at appropriate times in its meetings. The Board also recognizes the Montana Constitutional and statutory right of the public to observe and participate in governmental operations.
The Board encourages members of the public to comment on any public matter that is not on the agenda of the meeting and that is within the jurisdiction of Billings Public Schools.
