District Attorney Term Limit
Liza Marron said that Saguache County had asked for this special meeting because several months ago
they had suggested that there be a three-term limit on the ballot, but there had not been any further
discussion on that. She knew that Costilla County had still not voted on a resolution yet either. She
wondered how the other counties felt about a three-term option as opposed to no term limit.
Mitchell Jarvies said that Conejos County has not changed their position, the term limits should be
lifted, and it should be up to the voters to decide.
