Pendleton boards weigh data center moratorium, Heritage Hub plan; no decisions published yet

Police Board (Aug. 4)

The Metropolitan Board of Police Commissioners met at Pendleton Town Hall. Economic Development Commission (Aug. 13)

The Board of Zoning Appeals will meet on Aug. 18 at a regular meeting. The board will hear two variance requests: one from GB district standards at 7101 S State Road 67 (Willie Boles via Patrick O'Leary) and one from RC district standards at 504 S. Pendleton Redevelopment Commission agenda includes right-of-way settlement; public hearing set for Heritage Hub project

The Pendleton Redevelopment Commission met July 2 with an agenda that included a right-of-way acquisition settlement offer for Parcel 1, but minutes have not yet been published, so no decisions can be reported.
