Zoning Board of Appeals (Aug. 24) — The board will vote on an appeal of a zoning permit denial for multi-family use at 417 E Oregon Street, which is currently in a single-family zone. The board will also adopt its official by-laws. No new public hearings are scheduled.

Downtown Development Authority (Aug. 26) — The DDA will discuss an executive director contract, a tax increment reimbursement agreement with LaMagna Properties, Main Street accreditation, and a letter from the Health Enrichment Center. It will also approve the July 22, 2026 minutes and treasurer's reports.
