Redmond Arts & Culture Commission (Aug. 13)

The Arts & Culture Commission considered approving the 2027 Rotating Artists Call for the Redmond Senior & Community Center. Members also discussed the Idylwood Asphalt Art project, which has a $150,000 budget approved by the City Council, and reviewed the 6-Year Public Art Projects Programming Matrix (2027–2032). Civil Service Commission (Aug. 19)

The Civil Service Commission considered approving several eligibility lists for fire and police positions, including entry-level and lateral police officers, firefighters, and administrative roles. The agenda included updates from the Fire and Police Departments and a possible appeal from an entry-level firefighter candidate. Public comment was scheduled. Minutes have not yet been published.

Redmond commissions review code cleanup, police hiring, and 15 human services applications
