Northbridge boards meet, but no decisions made in past two weeks

New applications include a variance for an accessory dwelling unit, shed, and pool at 371 North Main Street; a lot-area variance for a single-family lot on Granite Street; a retreat lot with substandard frontage on Highland Street; and a variance to alter a pre‑existing nonconforming structure at 128 Linwood Avenue that has been abandoned more than two years.

A public meeting will take comments on a site plan review for 95 Church Avenue. The board will also consider a construction change request for signage and driveways at Stone Hill Development, a site plan modification for the Senior Center parking and emergency access, a performance bond and lot release for Grace Street, and an update on the Camelot Estates Subdivision covering Rebecca Road, Joseph Circle, and Genevieve Drive.
