La Plata County denies 10 property tax appeals, grants one

The La Plata County Board of Equalization denied 10 property tax appeals and granted one during a July 30 hearing. The granted appeal was filed by Durango Cache, LLC/Starbucks. Other recent meetings covered bond allocations, healthcare, and wildfire issues, but decisions are pending minutes.

Property tax appeals

Board of County Commissioners — July 14
