Inola Council considers moratorium on aluminum smelter permits; outcomes pending minutes release

The Inola City Council and Public Works Authority met June 29 to discuss and vote on several items, most notably a proposed moratorium on permits in the Industrial Heavy District tied to the planned aluminum smelter.
