Highland council to weigh public safety district, $1.86M warrant register

The project proposes 240 attached condominium units in 37 three-story buildings on 11.49 acres. The site sits between Calhoun Street on the west and Boulder Avenue on the east, south of Eucalyptus Avenue. City Council — July 14
