The Park & Recreation Board meeting scheduled for July 7 has been cancelled.

The Inland Wetlands & Watercourses Commission will hold public hearings on July 8 for a 16-unit apartment building at 37 Hartford Avenue (F. Devine) and a single-family home at 199 Broad Hill Road (T. Kurnicki). The commission will also address an 8-lot subdivision at 63 Harmony Hill Road, a show cause hearing for unpermitted activity at 7 Laurel Drive, a gazebo permit at 215 Salmon Brook Street, and a prefabricated garage at 94 Quarry Road.

The Public Building & Capital Project Committee convenes July 8 to elect officers and discuss bond referendum procedures. Capital projects on the agenda include the Granby Public Library renovation and expansion, Granby Memorial Middle School repairs and design work, Salmon Brook Park pickleball courts, and a year-round bathroom project.
