The Board of Adjustment will consider a variance request from Brandon Gustafson to exempt a property at 4720 Bolin Rd. from the county floodplain ordinance. The property is north of Bolin Rd. and west of Holly Springs Rd., parcel #30762301000003000, Section 23 Township 3 Range 7, zoned A (District 5). The board will also approve minutes from its July 13, 2026 meeting.
