Planning Commission agenda includes 62-lot subdivision; several Guthrie meetings cancelled
The Guthrie Planning Commission met Aug. 13 with an agenda that included a preliminary plat for a 62-lot residential subdivision, a special use permit for a manufactured home, and a final plat for 25 residential lots. Minutes have not yet been published, so no decisions are recorded. Separately, the City Council, Public Works Authority, and Board of Adjustment cancelled their meetings scheduled for the week of Aug. 18 because they had no agenda items.
Planning Commission (Aug. 13)
The Planning Commission's agenda included three items:
- **PC Application 26-008:** Preliminary plat for 62 residential lots on 16.58 acres (Homes at Fox Ridge Estates) near W. Oklahoma Ave. and S. Academy Rd.
- **PC Application 26-011:** Special use permit for a manufactured home on a 1.59-acre property on Oakwood Dr. (Forrest Hills Subdivision, Block 1, Lot 18).
- **PC Application 20-013:** Final plat for 25 residential lots in Mission Hills Sec. 2, Phase V, between Davis Rd. and the existing Mission Hills subdivision.

Cancelled meetings
The regular City Council meeting and the Guthrie Public Works Authority meeting scheduled for Aug. 18 were cancelled because there were no items on the agenda. The Board of Adjustment meeting scheduled for Aug. 20, which was to be held at City Hall in the Council Chambers, was also cancelled for the same reason.
