Bullard Planning & Zoning Commission to Consider Rezoning Along Doctor M Roper Parkway
The Bullard Planning & Zoning Commission met June 22 to hold a public hearing on a request to rezone a lot along South Doctor M Roper Parkway from industrial to commercial use. No votes were taken because the meeting was an agenda-only session; minutes have not yet been published.
The sole substantive item was a public hearing on a rezoning application for Lot 2R in the Onetri Subdivision. The property, located on South Doctor M Roper Parkway, would change from M-1 (light industrial) to C-2 (general commercial) zoning if approved by the city council in a future meeting. The commission did not make a recommendation during the June 22 meeting.
Commissioners also voted to approve the minutes from the April 27 meeting and approved a record documenting a lack of quorum for the May 26 meeting. Both approvals were routine.
The meeting ended with discussion of adjournment.
