Northshore school board awards Leota Middle School contract, approves booster donation
The Northshore School District Board of Directors, at its regular meeting on Aug. 10, awarded the construction manager/general contractor contract for Leota Middle School Phase 1 Replacement to Cornerstone General Contractors. The board also approved a $27,000 donation from the Falcon Gridiron Booster Club to the Woodinville High School football program, adopted all nine Superintendent Parameters, and approved two purchases exceeding $1 million. All votes were unanimous (3-0).

The board awarded the GC/CM contract for Leota Middle School Phase 1 Replacement to Cornerstone General Contractors. No dollar amount was listed in the minutes. The vote was 3-0.
Donations and purchases
- Approved a $27,000 donation from the Falcon Gridiron Booster Club to the Woodinville High School football program (3-0).
- Approved a purchase over $1 million for US Foods for the 2026-27 school year (3-0).
