Mayor Janet W. Tucci presided. Mayor Tucci reported that in accordance with N.J.S.A. 10:4-6 adequate notice of this meeting of the Mayor and Council has been provided. PRESENT: BRAY, CIOFFI, GOMEZ, PENTA, RUANE, SNIFFEN ABSENT: NONE EXECUTIVE SESSION ITEMS The following items were listed for discussion in Executive Session: i. Litigation Matters ii. Vehicle Safety iii. Police Personnel It was determined that the Mayor and Borough Council would go into executive session following the Council meeting. BOROUGH ATTORNEY BAXTER The Borough Attorney reminded that the Borough had hired Brent Pohlman to assist with religious land use (RLUIPA) matters related to the Borough’s ordinances; his report was shared with the engineer and planner, and the planner then sent a proposed ordinance amendment.
