The board approved the Hunts Mill Farm Site Specific Agricultural Management Plan (SSAMP) to construct a 60x40 foot pole barn for agricultural equipment and livestock. The Sussex County Board of Elections met on June 12, 2026, to approve previous meeting minutes and process mail-in ballots from the June 2nd Primary Election. Following a review of 22 mail-in ballots by Front Office Supervisor Jaclyn Pierson, the Board rejected 21 ballots—three received after the deadline and 18 with unreturned cure letters—and accepted one timely ballot. The Board then voted to certify the official election results dated June 12, 2026, to the Sussex County Clerk.
