Thank you. pass through loan from the St. Paul Foundation to us, which we then loaned out to Model Cities. And we're on the hook for $500,000 if by December 1st there's more than how much not repaid? 1.5 is the outstanding balance. Okay, thank you. We have a question from Council Member Rui. Thank you, Jill. And thank you so much, Council President. I was going to ask that question of the recourse obligation. So I just want to make sure we have the math right. So there's an outstanding balance of the $1.5 million, but with the outstanding balance being more than $500,000 we're just obligated to just only pay $500,000 and the rest is forgiven, correct? Had we not been able to come to an amendment with the foundation, that would have been the alternative. But that's what I'm here to talk about is the amendment. Thank you. So the amendments that Model Cities is seeking from the HRA in the city are to amend the foundation loan that will extend out the payments and include potential forgiveness over time. They are also asking for a star loan to be amended and that would be deferred further out. And then there's two loans that they would like to have forgiven. So these changes are needed for this operation to have a chance, let's just say. It is the debt burden alone is too high for what's generated in income. And then the operations of the facility do struggle with the tenants that they have, that the commercial tenants are. So like, for example, with Metro Surge, some of the tena …
