The Board of Aldermen finally passed B.B. #22AAFL, appropriating $255 million of Rams Settlement Funds for rebuilding North St. Louis after the May 16 tornado, infrastructure, and Downtown revitalization, with a 12-3 vote. The Board also passed B.B. #43AAIC, reappropriating $3,067,086.60 for water infrastructure and food assistance, and B.B. #33AAIC for speed humps on West Pine Boulevard. Additionally, the Board perfected B.B. #50CSAAIC, updating mobile food vendor regulations, and approved three Library Board appointments. A resolution requesting a state audit was sent to committee after a motion to suspend rules failed.

Call to Order President Green called the meeting to order at 10:00am and directed the Clerk to call the roll. 2. Roll Call The Clerk called the roll and the following members answered to their names: Ms. Schweitzer, Mr. Oldenburg, Mr. Cohn, Mr. Narayan, Mr. Devoti, Ms. Velázquez, Ms. Sonnier, Ms. Cox Antwi, Ms. Clark-Hubbard, Ms. Tyus, Ms. Boyd, Mr. Aldridge, and President Green. 13 members were present.
