El Concejo Municipal considerará la adopción de la Ordenanza No. 1293 para actualizar las regulaciones de Unidades de Vivienda Accesorias (ADU) a fin de cumplir con los nuevos requisitos estatales, y la Ordenanza No. 1294 que crea un área restringida de venta y solicitud de 500 pies alrededor de las escuelas K-12. Otros artículos de consentimiento incluyen la convocatoria a las elecciones generales de noviembre de 2026, la aprobación de una extensión de contrato de arrendamiento para Akitoi Learning Center en 1824 Central Avenue, la adopción de la lista de proyectos viales SB1 para el año fiscal 2026/27 y la aprobación de cambios en la clasificación de puestos de trabajo.
