Community Development Commission
Commission to review affordable housing dashboard and CDBG funding recommendations
The Community Development Commission will hold a regular meeting to discuss an affordable housing dashboard update, including a review of Boulder's dashboard, and to consider approving Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding recommendations. 1. Looking at rates and charges increase to the airlines.
2. Non aeronaticual revenue from Uber and Lyft.
3. CFC charges to the rental car customers which in turn helps build things like Rental
Car Facilities.
4. ACIP program to assist in bringing in new flights. This would be in place of doing any
further MRG's.

Council to vote on 2027 NM legislative food priorities
The Santa Fe City and County Advisory Council on Food Policy will discuss and vote on a tentative set of 2027 New Mexico legislative food and agriculture priorities to submit to the County and City. The council will also receive updates on the Food Plan, including proposed maps, and hear a presentation from Santa Fe Forward on how it will assist the Urban Agriculture Ordinance and food initiatives.

1. Call to Order
The Regular Meeting of the Santa Fe River Commission was called to order by Chair Bill Carey at
6:00 PM, on Thursday, August 13, 2026, 2931 Rufina St, Santa Fe, NM 87507.
2. Roll Call
Roll Call was taken by Staff Liaison, Zoe Isaacson. All Commissioners were present. In attendance
were City of Santa Fe Water Division Staff Alan Hook, Water Resources Manager William
Schneider, Public Works Staff, Daniel Alt and Claire Jordy, and members of the public.
3. Approval of Agenda
MOTION A motion was made by Klingel, seconded by Montoya, to Approve the agenda.
