Welcome, everybody. We are going to have Steven Tabler kick off the meeting. He was the chair on the Civic Arts Committee before we transitioned this. And it's only because he has that past experience we will have him kick off the meeting to call it to order. Then we will do the Pledge of Allegiance. Then we will roll call. So when you hear your name, Puleba will call your name. You can say present that you're here so we can record it in the record. And then we'll I'll talk about the minutes that you're going to vote on because I'll give you some context before we get into that. But we will be looking to have you elect a chair and a vice chair and the elected chair will then carry the meeting forward. We've got a script that you can follow. Steven has a script. But really tonight we're going to slowly walk through this meeting process because I know it's new for most of you. And then in the future meetings, the chair will call the meeting to order and help guide us through the meeting order of operations. And Puleba is our clerk. So she can really guide even more than me. She's more of an expert at clerking the meetings, guide us through if there's anything that's unclear in the procedure that we're supposed to follow. But tonight is going to be very different than our usual meetings because it's the first night. It's a brand new commission. So welcome. Yeah, we're excited. Cool. So shall I start? Yes, please go ahead. All right. Welcome to this regular meeting of the Simp Ar …
