Council to consider sewer truck purchase, CDBG hearing, annexation
The Rockville Mayor and Council will hold a public hearing on FY 2028 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) funding, consider adopting the Shady Grove Metro Annexation Plan petition, and introduce an ordinance to replace City Code Chapter 21 on streets and rights-of-way. They will also discuss cooling requirements for rental properties and vote on several consent agenda items, including a $654,432.17 sewer cleaner truck purchase.
