The Plain City Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive comments on a Conditional Use Permit for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints at approximately 3650 W North Plain City Road, Parcel-190240084. The commission will also hear a rezoning petition from Western Basin Land & Livestock for the property at approximately 2500 N 5100 W, Parcel-190340001, seeking to change the zoning from A-2 to RE-18.5. Both hearings are scheduled for Thursday, March 26, 2026, at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers and via Zoom.
