School Building Needs Commission

Notice is hereby given that the Community Development Board will hold a hearing
virtually via the Microsoft Teams platform on Tuesday August 18, 2026, at 6:00 P.M., to
all parties interested in the petition of Ignacio Solano requesting a Special Permit under
Article 23 Section 4.307 of the Zoning Ordinance to modify the setbacks on the property
to allow for the construction of a fence in what would otherwise be considered the front
yard setback on New York Avenue. The subject property is located at 3 Delaware Avenue
and is in the R-12 zoning district. The application and access information is available to
review in the Department of Community Development, or a copy can be requested by
contacting tkozlowski@pittsfieldma.gov.
