Mayor Davy called the Borough Council Work Session to order at 7:04 pm. The meeting was held via
Zoom.
Borough Clerk GP Caminiti called the roll with Council Members Angarone, Chandler, Kassler-Taub,
Rubenstein, Stern, and Mayor Davy in attendance.
Council Members absent: Council Member Valenza
Also present were Borough Clerk / Administrator GP Caminiti, Borough Attorney Walter Bliss, and Borough
Planner, Jim Kyle.

The meeting was called to order at 7:30 PM. A quorum was present.
Approval of Minutes from April 20, 2026
The Commission reviewed the April 20, 2026 meeting minutes. Several corrections were noted, including changing “community aggregation” to “community energy aggregation,” separating EC members from guests in the attendee list, correcting the meeting start time to 7:30 PM, and correcting the spelling of Monica Carlson’s name.
A motion was made by Joann Held to approve the minutes with the noted corrections. The motion was seconded by Nell Haughton. The minutes were approved with corrections.
Announcements
Kieran noted that he had been asked to provide an Environmental Commission update at the June 1 Borough Council meeting. Rather than giving a detailed Community Energy Plan presentation at this stage, he will provide a broader overview of the Commission’s 2026 workstreams, with a fuller CEP update to come later.
Monica shared that the Commission was awarded an ANJEC grant for the Arboretum. The grant will support native plantings in the deer exclosures, research supplies for student projects, and educational programming related to deer overbrowsing …

The Pennington Borough Council will hold a work session and a regular session where they will discuss several items, including Pennington Day 2026 and a lead service line replacement program. Work Session Meeting – March 30, 2026
Mayor Davy called the Regular Meeting of the Borough Council to order at 7:00 pm. The meeting was held via Zoom.
Borough Clerk Betty Sterling called the roll with Council Members Angarone, Chandler, Kassler-Taub, Rubenstein, and Stern in attendance. Absent: Council Member Valenza
Also present were Borough Clerk Betty Sterling, Borough Attorney Walter Bliss, Borough Administrator GP Caminiti, Chief Financial Officer Sandra Webb, and Lieutenant Daryl Burroughs.
Mayor Davy announced that notice of this meeting has been given to the Hopewell Valley News, Trenton Times, Trentonian and was posted on the bulletin board at Borough Hall and on the Borough web-site according to the regulations of the Open Public Meetings Act.

Mayor Davy read the following statement.

Pennington Spring Newsletter OS. Article: Dan placed the newsletter on the sereen for members to read.
‘Alan discussed what he wrote and explained that we have done this before. Members liked the article but
suggested that a sentence be added that described how Pennington partners with the State, County and other
‘entities to share in preservation costs.

The meeting of the Pennington Borough Historic Preservation Commission (HPC) was held on
March 17, 2026 at 7:30 pm via Zoom.
ROLL CALL:
Members Present: Eric Holtermann, Chair; Robert Chandler, Vice-Chair; Mary Baum; David
Coats; Jack Davis; Katrina Homel ; Natalie Shivers; George Ford , Alt I ;
Craig Wallace, Alt II
Staff Present: Amy Kassler-Taub, Council Liaison, Robin Tillou, HPC Secretary
OATH OF OFFICE
Mr. Davis and Mr. Wallace, Alt II was reappointed to the member and alternate II position by
Mayor with the advice and consent of the Borough Council at the February 2, 2026 Council
Meeting.
Chair Holtermann administered the Oath of Office to Jack Davis and Craig Wallace.
OPEN PUBLIC MEETINGS STATEMENT
Chair Holtermann announced the statement of adequate notice as such: Notice of this meeting
