Phase Two contemplates several additional hybrid breakwater structures further offshore. 2. 7th Street Pump Project a. An update re: local resident Bob Gray has been working to update the drawings for vendor use and regulatory approval. Mr. Gray is not licensed in MD and as such the town was pursuing a waiver for him to continue, however, upon NB Town Attorney advice, a waiver is not a feasible option as the Town is not paying him for this service so a waiver cannot be issued to absolve him of any responsibility. b.
