The Board of Adjustment approved a four-year extension of protection for the amended preliminary and final site plan approval and variance relief granted in September 2024 to Redwood-ERC New Providence, LLC (Erickson Living) for the Lantern Hill development at 535 and 603 Mountain Avenue. The extension runs to September 23, 2030, with the condition that the applicant maintain the site at all times prior to and during construction.
