Planning Commission to vote on Olivewood subdivision amendment for 74 homes
The Modesto Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to decide on an amendment to the approved Vesting Tentative Subdivision Map and Final Development Plan for the Olivewood subdivision. The amendment would convert 14 landscape/open space paseo lots into easements to allow larger homes, and change a 30-foot irrigation easement into 20-foot paseo/open space easements. The project, located in the Tivoli Specific Plan Area, would divide 9.41 acres into 74 small-lot single-family residential lots. The commission will also consider adding new conditions of approval related to infrastructure and easements.
