Members of the Millville Planning Board met on the above date for their regularly scheduled
monthly meeting in the Richard C. McCarthy Chambers, on the 4"" Floor of City Hall. The
Chairman called the meeting to order at 6:33 pm and announced that this meeting was being

MAY 11, 2026 —- SESSION
CALL TO ORDER:
Members of the Millville Planning Board met on the above date for their regularly scheduled
monthly meeting in the Richard C. McCarthy Chambers, on the 4" Floor of City Hall. The
Chairman called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm and announced that this meeting was being
conducted in accordance with the Open Public Meetings Act of 1975, was advertised, posted, and
made available to the public as required by Statute.

The Secretary conducted roll call. There were seven members in attendance. There was a quorum
and the meeting proceeded.

The Planning Board adopted prior minutes and approved three applications. A minor subdivision at 68 Fortune Lane was approved 7-1 (one recusal) for a flag lot with variance relief. A commercial site plan for 600 Orange Street to add six loading docks for a produce distributor passed 9-0. A lot line adjustment at 528-530 Crest Avenue had a motion to approve, but the final vote was not fully recorded in the minutes. The Highland Development minor subdivision (Resolution #06-2026PB) also passed unanimously.
