The Downtown Development Authority approved an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Lawrenceville for the sale of Grove Park Village (formerly Central Block) for $2.7 million, with the DDA retaining funds for utility hookups and sidewalk improvements. The board also approved an agreement for the city to provide $435,000 for the purchase of 155 Northdale Road, ratified the $425,000 purchase of that property, and ratified the $100,000 sale of the Mill Street Property to New City Church. All votes were unanimous among the four members present, with three members absent.
