The Zoning Board granted bulk variance relief for this property by Resolution adopted on
May 12, 2025. A Notice of Decision was thereafter published in the Asbury Park Press, on
May 31, 2025. The Board Engineer/Planner subsequently signed off on Resolution compliance
on October 6, 2025. The variances granted to Applicant would expire on May 31, 2026, unless
construction is commenced. Unfortunately, it has taken the Applicant longer than expected to
find and hire the right general contractor to construct the structures that are subject to the
previously granted variance relief. In light of the above and out of an abundance of caution,
we respectfully request a I-year extension on General Condition 8 and from the provisions
of Section 69-24 to allow for the variances to remain valid through May 31, 2027.
