Chairperson Gradel called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.

Roy Koon was in attendance to ask about plans and updates at the Cemetery. Steven Knowlton
reported that contractors were on hand to provide an estimate for a fence around the cemetery.
The estimate was really expensive at around $250,000.00. Other updates are applying pesticides
to overgrown areas where there are no longer any family survivors. He stated that the Oak Hill
Association meets every month and everyone is welcome to attend for additional updates

City Manager, Erin Harrison presented Council with a balanced budget due to the increase in taxable property
from the Appraisal District. She stated that the City sold less electric than budgeted for in the current FY due to a
cooler summer with more rains. The State legislature will eventually be limiting the amount of transfers allowed
from enterprise fund s to cover the general fund and before they initiate this change, we need to make drastic

Pursuant to the Texas Government Code, Chapter 551, a possible quorum of the total
membership of the City Council of Lampasas, Texas may be present on June 18, 2026,
at 6:00.p.m. at the Lampasas ISD — Old Middle School Cafeteria, 103 N. Western,
Lampasas Texas, at the posted meeting of the water quality & capacity townhall.
The purpose of the City Council members’ attendance at the townhall is for educational
and informational purposes only, i.e., to take in (i.e., not to discuss with one another or
others, nor to act upon) the information presented by and to the residents at the townhall.
The attending City Council members present, if any, shall not convene a meeting of the
