There may be a closed session, pursuant §610.021(11) of the Missouri Sunshine Law to discuss specifications for competitive bidding. Commission Success Operational Definition We will have built an internal infrastructure that is collaborative, accessible, and innovative. Based upon empirical data, lived experiences of impacted communities, and group consensus we will have shaped the conversation to inform policy and influence positive impact in the lives of impacted residents and therefore all residents. We will have won policy initiatives that improve the lives of the residents of Kansas City and the surrounding area and established the Health Commission as a body whose recommendations inform good policy.
