1. Chapel Avenue
Received a complaint from Kimberly Lombardo regarding speeding on Chapel Avenue. Lt.
Bzibziak will establish a checkpoint.
OLD BUSINESS
1. Mapleview Road
Received a request from Paul Czatka, 161 Mapleview Road for a stop sign on Mapleview
Road at the intersection of Bixler Ave. TSC will request The Town Board to con sider retain-
ing a consultant to perform a traffic study.
2. 287 Dean Rd
Received a complaint from Kevin Buckley, 287 Dean Rd. Regarding tractor trail er truck
traffic on Dean Road and Hyland Ave. He stated that 5-ton truck limit signs are ineffective.
Lt. Bzibziak will establish a checkpoint to monitor traffic.
There are multiple “NoTruck” signs in place. Complainant should contact TOCPD when he
sees a tractor trailer.
3. Standard Parkway
Homeowner on Standard Parkway has reiterated his request for no truck signs on Standard

3695 Broadway – Bess Battery Storage Systems
Landscaping plan consists of a screening row of 74 small trees on the East and South perimeters
of the battery storage units. This plan is appropriate for this project.
760 French Road – Verizon 150’ Telecommunications Facility
There was no landscape specific plan, however when reviewing the overall site plan, it does not
appear as if any of the existing vegetation on the site will be disturbed.
100 Mckesson Parkway – 160 unit Apartment Complex
Landscaping Plan Includes plantings of 2 Maple, 8 Honey Locust and 18 Crabapple Trees; 128
assorted small ornamental plantings. This plan is appropriate for this project.
