Council to vote on $16M bond refunding and interfund loan

The Herriman City Council will hold a work meeting to discuss agenda items, including field rental fees, a proposed fee schedule for the Community Center, and a Capital Improvement Plan framework. Um so our subject property is on the north boundary line of Haramman. Um it should be noted this is not next to um the game haven. I know the names are very similar. We've had that internally as well. Um but this is in Teton commercial. This is a better example. There are two buildings currently. Building one is closer to the street. Building two is set inside the property. And that is um where Haven Event Center is looking to go. This is the shell that was already approved. These are the elevations um for what's there just to get in the mindset of kind of what this area is looking like. Uh this is an example of the floor plan that we'll be looking at.
