Tax Incremental Districts Joint Review Board

Board to vote on creating two new tax districts: Velp/Locust and Brook Park

The Tax Incremental Districts Joint Review Board will consider approving the creation of two new tax incremental districts (TID 33: Velp and Locust, and TID 34: Brook Park) after reviewing public records, planning documents, and resolutions from the Redevelopment Authority and Common Council. The board will also receive an informational update on the creation schedule for TID 35 at 200 N Monroe. The meeting includes routine approval of the agenda and minutes from the previous meeting.
