Tax Incremental Districts Joint Review Board
Board to vote on creating two new tax districts: Velp/Locust and Brook Park
The Tax Incremental Districts Joint Review Board will consider approving the creation of two new tax incremental districts (TID 33: Velp and Locust, and TID 34: Brook Park) after reviewing public records, planning documents, and resolutions from the Redevelopment Authority and Common Council.
