Zoning Board hears 5 variance requests, including Fleury Properties' second dwelling unit
The Newport Zoning Board of Review will hold public hearings on five petitions for dimensional variances, including a request to build a second dwelling unit on a substandard lot, a garage and pool project, and several smaller additions.
