Eaton St. Chair Tom Pitt called the regular ABA meeting to order at 8:03 a.m. Present: Thomas Pitt, Jason Kern, Mike Tymkew Absent: Audra Masternak-Fuentes Administration: Sheryl Theriot, City Manager; Jill Domingo, City Clerk and City Attorney Harkness (via Zoom) Tymkew motioned, Kern seconded to Approve March 12, 2026 Minutes All members voted yes. MOTION PASSED The board discussed the lease with Edward Jones at 201 N. Clinton St. Brandy Eggleston is interested in the building, however she doesn't want to pay market value as she has already invested $187,000.00 Ms. Eggleston is also looking at purchasing/leasing the Community Foundation building. The appraisal of the building came in at $150,000 due in part to the building improvements by Ms. Eggleston. The lease was extended in 2023 and will not expire until 2028. Ms. Eggleston has also been maintaining the lawncare and snow removal up to this point. The lease states this is something the City will maintain.
