The Fort Mill Town Council will hold a public hearing and consider first readings on the annexation and rezoning of about 11 acres from General Commercial to Mixed-Use, as well as a fourth amendment to a development agreement with Charlotte-Mecklenburg Hospital Authority. The council will also vote on second readings for budget amendments related to the YMCA Complex and an encroachment permit fee schedule, and consider first readings on election sign zoning rules, the Academy Street budget, and a contract with Edison Foard for the YMCA project. An executive session is scheduled to discuss personnel matters.
