Call to Order : Peg Willingham at 2:0 3 p.m . The agenda was adopted as proposed. 2. Public Comment : Mr. McCaffrey asked about early voter turnout for the August 4 dual primary. General Registrar Bjerke gave his full answer under agenda item 6 (see below). 3. Approval of June 16, 2026, Electoral Board meeting minutes. The minutes were approved. 4. Appoint Additional Officers of Election: There were no officers to appoint at this time, but General Registrar Bjerke indicated that some applications were in process. 5. Preparation for August 4 Dual Primary Election: General Registrar Bjerke reported that we had chiefs and assistant chiefs lined up for all the wards and CAP, but we still lacked two Republican officers to achieve party balance. He was communicating with Falls Church Republican leaders in an effort to fill those slots. He planned to send out the list of election officer assignments later that week. CAP was set to begin its work on Friday, July 24. It would also meet T uesday the 28 th .
