Mr. Wiseman called for a motion to approve the minutes. MOTION: Motion was made by Mr. Ginder to approve the minutes from the February 9, 2026 Planning Commission meeting. The motion was seconded by Mr. Thompson with the remaining Commission members voting as follows: Mr. Jones – Aye; Mr. Manuel - Aye; Mr. Wiseman – Aye. The motion passed unanimously. The Mayor and Commissioners will review an agreement to sell 2.634 acres at 125 Railroad Avenue to Union Hospital of Cecil County Health Services, Inc. The body will also consider updates to the building fee schedule and penalty provisions in the Town Code.
