Duboistown Borough Council Meeting Monday January 5, 2026 6:00 PM Meeting Minutes The General Council meeting was called to order at 6:00 PM by Harry Rogers. Present were: Harry Rogers, Dance Drier, Richard Knecht, Dori Rankinen, Shawn Millard, Patrick Melloy, Norm Cowden, Christee Miller , and Richard Gordon.
